Ohlala Placements
We specialise in short (2 to 12 weeks) and long (3 to 6 months) Erasmus + placements in the hospitality and catering industry and other sectors in Nantes and the surrounding area, and throughout Europe.
As an intermediary organisation, we set up and support high-quality Erasmus + professional mobility schemes for apprentices, students and young graduates from France and the European Union. We support everyone involved in the project from its inception to completion, to ensure that everyone has an enriching and rewarding experience. Long placements can lead to employment.
Want to bring a breath of fresh air and a European dimension to your team? Be the next to welcome a young, trained and passionate professional to your company.
Erasmus + How does it work?
Erasmus + is a mobility programme created and funded by the European Commission. It encourages young people to gain professional experience abroad. We support European training establishments (which have access to Erasmus + grants) in developing and organising mobility projects for their students and young graduates in France or elsewhere in Europe.
Selected participants receive a grant to cover travel and living expenses throughout their stay (transport, accommodation, food, leisure activities, culture, etc.). These grants vary depending on the country of origin and destination. However, Ohlala Placements ensures that each participant has enough money to live comfortably during their placement.
For all mobility placements, a tripartite agreement is signed between the sending organisation, the participant and the host company. The participant joins the company on a full-time basis for the duration specified in the placement contract.

Why work with
Ohlala Placements?
Over 13 years' experience in developing and supporting Erasmus + mobility schemes
Thanks to our experience previousWe have developed expertise and are aware of the constraints and needs of each stakeholder in the project. We work with each of them to ensure that, despite these constraints, each stakeholder can reap the benefits of the experiences we develop.
An extensive network of partner training organisations in France and Europe
These organisations have access to Erasmus + funds, enabling them to finance mobility. They offer their training via the apprenticeship or non-apprenticeship system and encourage their learners and young graduates to have these experiences in Europe.
Specialising in the hospitality, catering and hairdressing sectors
Where many other internship organisations are multi-sectoral, at Ohlala Placements we have chosen to focus on areas that we have known and worked with for over 10 years. Fields in which we have accompanied hundreds of professionals in our past experiences. We focus on the quality of the experience we offer rather than the quantity.
Our recipe for success
Rigorous selection, personalised and tailored preparation, participants involved in their project, quality host companies and regular, personalised follow-up and support.
Much more than an internship organisation
There's a real social dimension to everything we do. Our strength lies in our comprehensive monitoring and support upstream and throughout the mobility period. The success of the project for both the participant and the host company is at the heart of our concerns.
A strong presence and support
Working and living abroad is a difficult experience. That's why we're on hand beforehand to help beneficiaries get into the best possible conditions (language courses, professional and cultural coaching, ....). We are also present throughout the project to ensure that it runs smoothly and to act quickly if any difficulties arise for the participant or their host company. This presence takes the form of regular follow-up meetings and a high level of availability in the event of an emergency.
"Everyone's success is our success".
That's why we put in place quality projects that allow everyone to develop and grow professionally and personally.
